For a long time, the model was structured and predictable. Vendors built, distributors enabled, MSPs delivered, and customers consumed. That structure is now evolving.

With the rise of hyperscaler marketplaces like AWS, Microsoft, and Google, the way technology is bought and delivered is becoming more direct and integrated. Transactions are faster, and procurement is increasingly tied to cloud consumption.

This shift is not removing partners, but changing their role. The value is moving from simple resale to influence, integration, and ownership of customer outcomes.

We are moving from a linear ecosystem to a more connected one, where success depends less on position and more on relevance.

This is the shift I’m closely engaged with and continuing to learn from.
